A duo of contrasting Japanese Spirea – you will get 1 of each of the following:
Spiraea Japonica ‘Firelight’
This deciduous shrub is extremely popular with its bright red orange leaves in spring which turn to a green and yellow during the summer and then vibrant shades of red/purple in the autumn. During the summer sprays of delightful pink flowers cluster above the foliage.
Spiraea Japonica ‘Goldflame’
Another extremely popular deciduous shrub ‘Goldflame’ also changes colour through the year, beginning with bronze red leaves in spring slowly turning yellowy green in the summer and then to a fantastic pantheon of oranges, reds and yellows in the autumn.
Can be planted in borders or large containers or even as a hedge
Supplied as 2 large robust well rooted plug plants.

Pot up your plug plant into a 9cm pot and grow under cover until it has fully rooted through when it will be ready for planting out in final position. Whilst growing under cover ensure that the compost doesn't dry out and it will benefit from fortnightly feeds with a general purpose fertiliser.
Prefers full sun or part shade in well draining moist fertile soil.
Can be cut back in autumn after flowering.
